Craft Kalaa specializes in custom string art and all types of string art products, crafted by hand. All items are physical and made to order—no digital downloads are currently offered.

3. Custom Orders

We welcome personalized and custom orders. Please note that since these are handmade and tailored specifically to your requirements, slight variations may occur from reference images or mockups.

4. Orders & Payments

We currently accept payments via UPI-based apps such as Paytm and PhonePe. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We ensure a secure and safe checkout process via trusted payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Pan India only.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Currently, we do not offer express, free, or tracked shipping options.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer a general return/refund policy at this time, but we’re happy to help on a case-by-case basis.
Returns are accepted for custom-made items only under certain conditions.
If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a refund within 2–3 days of delivery. Please contact us at craftkalaabusiness@gmail.com with your order details.
